Role Purpose:

Support Controlling Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis activities to support Sales strategic priorities and customer plan. Incentivize business growth through analysis, insights and recommendations providing to the business.


Main Accountabilities:

1.Sales Controlling

  • Participate in for customer planning by channel, monitor profitability and trade stock if any deviations to ensure the delivery of the results.
  • Assist manager in monitoring key financial KPIs of Sales and eCommerce and provide analysis and insights to support business on managing full SOI (NS, GM, TTC).
  • Assist manager to provide necessary financial reports and data to support business cases for investing and promoting sales and profitability, monthly sales reports, adhoc reports.
  • Support S&CM to conduct Pre / post evaluation for relevant promotion activities.
  • Assist manager to provide inputs for Launch & Relaunch on Selling Price and TTC.
  • Monitor Trade Term Condition (TTC) forecasting, ensure quality of tracking and invoice verification in SAP.
  • Assis manager to ensure at quarter and year-end that TTC accruals are in line with spending in the market.
  • Support manager to ensure internal control policies and compliance related to sales are up to date and followed at all levels.


2.Marketing budget

  • Price change analysis with MKT team for the part of MKT controlling under local controller.
  • MB consolidation at local view.
  • In charge of finance role for BASE tools for budget steering for relevant MB.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely accruals for relevant MB.


3.Forecast and budgeting

  • Assis manager for overall planning and forecast from GS to GM%.
  • Support business on budget preparation and inputs submitted OTIF.
  • Assist manager in Sales & margin driver planning, review and comment on variances.


4.Project

  • Support new projects/simplification/automation and/or Power BI reports.


An ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance related or above
  • Total 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or Business Controlling, Management accounting
  • Proficiency in MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Analyzing skills
  • Result oriented
  • Familiar with data processing
  • Certain level of influencing skill
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Have Business Acumen, understand the dynamics and pace of FMCG businesses is a plus
