• I received an invoice for the renewal of the subscription, but never received any reminder of the renewal.

    I tried for a couple of days to access my Elementor account and it keeps telling me that the password is incorrect, tried to change my password and it will not allow me. Finally, I was able to access 2 days later via Facebook.

    I have searched my email folders and junk mail for any notification about the renewal and I have not received any notice of any renewal from the Elementor billing department via email as you mentioned.

    All the companies that I purchase plugins for the sites I manage don’t have any problem refunding even though they have processed the renewals.

    Now you are telling me that is in the Policies, that is why you are not going to refund me.

    If I was sent a notice of the renewal from the billing department, I can see that I was notified.

    I will dispute the charges with my credit card company.
