Data Management Specialist

Remuneration Package Per Month: $36,000 - $43,000 per month

Our client is seeking a Database & Data Management Engineer /  Data Management Specialist who will be responsible in providing technical leadership for Data Management activities including developing, overseeing, organizing, storing, preserving, management and analyzing data to carry out and implement Data Management operations and Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Preserve and manage digital and physical Data using Data Management systems across the entire data lifecycle.
• Carry out Data integration and migration projects
• Utilize and improve logical Data Models for Data management and capturing efficiency.
• Implement strategies for data storage, archival, and retrieval
• Drive assigned data management technical tasks.
• Design and implement Data policies, rules and procedures
• Work with IT teams to address technical issues, implement updates, and optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Develop custom applications for use within the Data Management Solution.
• Design Data management Solution architecture.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Mentors less experienced company co-workers and inculcate a learning and development culture together with coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Ensures good service quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Science
• 15 years experience as Data Management expert in Oil & Gas Operations
• Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills

Salary & Package:

The position offers a competitive salary of $36,000 - $43,000 per month, which is inclusive of all benefits. This comprehensive package covers your monthly salary, accommodation, transportation, flights, and insurance.
