Senior Commercial Advisor

Start Date: June 1st 2024

Remuneration Package Per Month: $36,000 - $43,000 per month

The Commercial Advisor provides guidance and advise on the overall commercial activities (process, procurement and contracting) and provides advices to ensure smooth, stabilized and productive commercial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Recommends Technology and process to manage and carry out the procurement and contracting activities.
• Advise on effective procurement planning, development, best practices, execution activities and improvement procedures.
• Advise on effective contracting planning, activities, negotiation with vendors, best practices, acquiring optimized cost for goods and services and improvement procedures.
• Advise on deployment and implementation strategy and planning for procurement and contracting rules and procedures.
• Advise and recommend contracts performance monitoring procedures, management best practices for suppliers retention and mutual benefits.
• Promote control practices, standards and compliances.
• Mentors less experienced company co-workers, develop capabilities of team members and inculcate a learning and development culture together with coaching and succession planning.
• Ensure good service quality.
• Reports to the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Science
• 17 years experience in Oil & Gas commercial operations in production environment
• Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills

Salary & Package:

The position offers a competitive salary of $36,000 - $43,000 per month, which is inclusive of all benefits.
