Sebastiaan ter Burg (1979) is a visual consultant and storyteller. Most of his work is available under a Creative Commons license, an open license that allows reuse of the photos by others. Sebastiaan has been an open content advocate since 2007 and was a co-founder of Open Nederland, a Dutch association for all open movements in The Netherlands.

Currently he works for the Europeana Foundation on the development and delivery of training to improve the availability, accessibility and quality of digital cultural heritage. See more on www.europeana.eu.

Before this, he was a freelance visual change accelerator: his bunisess consultancy services combined with documentary and portrait photography and video productions were used in communicating and accelerating societal change processes. His clients ranged from small NGO's to multinationals.
