I had Gcloud with unlimited storage and they barred me.

I had a Gcloud account with unlimited storage for a single user.

Currently, my account has 15 TB of storage, and I have no way to regain access to it.

I was blocked because I exceeded my account limit. I require a plan that provides unlimited storage for a single user, but I am unable to contact the sales team to assist me in selecting a suitable plan.

What do you mean by saying that? Are you talking about google cloud storage? gcloud storage Quota or Google Drive storage? 

It's important because each "category" define different steps to increase storage values.
