E-mail with prize counter not received yet

Hello people, hope everyone is doing good!

I haven't received the e-mail with the prize counter link from https://go.qwiklabs.com/arcade yet.

Can someone help me identify what is happening? I already searched in the spam box and unfortunately I can't find the e-mail.

Is there anyone with the same problem? Can someone share with me the e-mail domain that the message was sent?

Please send a mail to the support team (support@qwiklabs.com) stating your problem 

The support team would automatically raise a ticket based on your problem 

And try the chat filter as you will get in contact with support team and they will help you.

The email domain was the official Qwiklabs email , no-reply[at]qwiklabs[dot]com

I wanted to check if the e-mail got lost before arriving to me, which I think it's the case considering that I can't find the e-mail anywhere.
