Website displays site.google.com, workspace enormous charge

My website is displaying site.google. I have tried all steps in your various articles to remove it to no avail.

Consequently, am being double charged for using workspace and currently bill given to me is very high. 
please look into these concerns and help me rectify future issues.

If you are being double billed for workspace and since you are the admin, have you tried contacting the Workspace one on one support team yet to get help with billing? https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213
