One needs to be transparent to build trust. Open communication is agile helps to increase the teams collaboration. It also helps to share each others ideas and opinions. Which ultimately helps to create transparency and which leads to final good out put.

Acknowledgement plays an important role because we are all humans and we all need appreciation for the good work that we do and when a good worker's hard work is acknowledged, they feel cared for.

As someone who leads teams I think it's important to recognise good work both publically and privately. Standups and retros are great places to highlight the success of both individuals and the team. I also think it's helpful to spend time regularly with individuals where you can acknowledge their efforts, and also listen to their thoughts and concerns.

Acknowledging the efforts helps to boost teams enthuse to work. Give them timely and specific feedback helps to improve the performance and reduce the mistakes.

As the changes are brought in, it can overwhelm the team, as changes can push certain boundaries. To help the team handle this feeling of overwhelm, it is important to provide support in terms of mental support, training resources or may be extra room/time to adjust to the changes.

By encouraging team members to freely express their thoughts and ideas can help to build trust and transparency within team. This also helps to boost teams creativity and motivation.

At the end of sprint team can look back and reflect on their work and check what they can adapt. Reflection is powerful action. It helps to become more effective.

Change of perspective can play an important role. Understand how team looks at this change and reframe how the team looks at it to a bigger picture of how beautifully this change will impact going forward in long run.
