Networking within the organization helps me build relationships with key decision-makers. I also keep my LinkedIn profile updated with my latest accomplishments and skills. Participating in industry-related events or conferences increases my visibility. Lastly, I seek regular feedback to continuously improve and align my personal brand with the organization’s values and objectives.

It is important to take up your goals which are aligned to your organization, leaders priority at Business unit level. Identify some key projects/goal that your local level leadership is working on and get yourselves involved in it. This will ensure that you get the required visibility and your work will get direct visibility with your sponsor
