Learning from my mistakes has really helped me improve. I used to see mistakes as failures but seeing things from different perspectives changed my mind. I realized that mistakes are chances to grow. By looking at what went wrong, I could see where I needed to improve e.g a communication error caused us to miss deadlines. Instead of blaming, I saw it as a learning experience, got team feedback & improved our communication. This made myself & team work better together. Embracing mistakes & learning from them has become a key part of growth as it taught to be resilient & always look for ways to improve turning challenges into opportunities. By seeing mistakes as learning chances we improve skills be more adaptable boosting overall performance
