Anyone who understands Agile & is committed to improve will want to incorporate feedback- as the concept of ‘Inspect & Adapt’ is the core to continuous improvement. 1)If they don’t understand that enable the right learning and knowledge building. 2)Inspite of knowing all that, if someone is against incorporating feedback it’s important to understand the real reason WHY? And if needed, plan the risk response / strategy to deal with it and revisit the situation.
