Am I a Field Engineer or the Project Manager? Am I dealing with children here? Lack of communication and unwillingness/inability to collaborate tells me that the wrong people were assigned to drive and carry out this project to a successful conclusion. This may not be PC but I am all about results not coddling tender feelings. Time for a change in leadership. If someone refuses or is incapable of communicating and/or collaborating, they have to be removed from any project I am on.
