In agile projects more than others we need to share a vision. It is incredible important that t we share the same ine and have the same picture in our heads when talking about the project success. E.g. if I say red car. - I create different images I each head. We need to be more precise what we are working on and even better majr it visible ba pictures. Now in IT there are no pictures but there are processes, work flows, connections and unser experience that we can along on. We can Imagine how the users day will be using our system. We can imagine how we will reach the go live besides the incredible amount of work. For me, one option is the vision fostered by the project leader / product owner which will combine the teams.
