Agile: it is a mindset which focus is to deliver value in transparent way (customer validates what's value) in an iterative (not perfect at first) and incremental (not whole at first) way. Fostering collaboration within and out the team and responding to changes and feedback (adapt) and improving the delivered value (product or service) and the way to produce it. Business Agility: It is the organizational ability to change, learn, and pivot the business strategy in order to quickly deliver and thrive in a competitive market.

Agile is about delivering value step-by-step, working together, and adapting to feedback. To know the tasks, there are many models in agile like scrum, Kanban to track the progress. This helps companies change quickly to succeed in the market along with focus on deliverables and productivity. Knowing Agile principles helps manage changing project scopes and priorities effectively.

Hearing that “all is important” in the first encounters with stakeholders is very often the case. Figuring out the KPIs which are giving hints what is important is the challenging part, true! But this is from my point of view reliable and transparent way top deal with “all is important”. This approach often leads to surprising results, not all that feels important, it is when the KPIs are considered instead of heart!

Prioritization is key thing of Agile! If there are no Priorities there couldn't be Agile, if every thing is important nothing is important. You could find many prioritization tools: MoSCoW, 100-points, WSJF, etc. That's not important meanwhile it exists a prioritization. The tools are very useful when it is needed collaboration between stakeholders to set priorities or just to have a common way to do it... but don't get mad about the tool, it is all about doing first what adds more value!

Prioritization helps build the product feature that has business importance during that period. Choosing the prioritization techniques is critical and requires insight into the project, client business, and team. Ensure you do your homework before selecting the prioritization techniques, such as MoSCow, Dot voting, Kano, FIFO, LIFO, etc. Once you select the prioritization techniques, recommend it to your team, share your rationale behind the selection, and be open to receiving feedback and flexible to make adjustments. Schedule recurring prioritization calls with the team and client. Regularize the prioritization techniques until the backlog gets consumed fully. Conduct prioritization for the immediate and future sprints.
