While preparing reports and documentations, criticism is gold and desirable. All the information and specifications down to the little side notes are all essential and will always need a reviewer to ensure completeness. Most superior will always see what you did not see and tons of it at that. So I will always go back and forth to make sure I produce the best.

In my opinion, the best is to embrace the criticism with professional ethics, strife for excellence, engage in adequate and qualified training and be a team players because the success of the company is the success of everyone and the reflection of everyone is what promote the image of the company.
