In many of the situation that we faced with stakeholders conflicting opinions is that we did not know about what we did not know. Keep communication of the results, the challenges, and how their opinions were conflicting helped us to find quick solutions, learn and adapt based on information.

Focus on quick wins first. Prioritise feedback that will have a big impact on user satisfaction and experience but won't drain your resources. This approach delivers noticeable improvements quickly, while still allowing you to tackle more complex issues down the line.
