Agile is all about being agile and nimble, and to adopt to the changes that are being thrown at you. So in order to have minimal disruption it is critical to have an understanding of how changes would be handled by the team; it is critical to understand the fact that there is a set capacity for the team and such changes mess up the available capacity and the team needs to work with their POs to re-prioritize the work including the change.
