Starting with one use case from the projects you have worked on, taking care not to disclose confidential information, give them enough information for them to not lose track of what you say next. Move on to the tools that were used and the impact of using them. End it with a few noteworthy observations of why you chose to use that tool over the other.

in my humble experience it is a process quite simple but with many complex parts. There's so much involved and everything matters. For example, the business model or the sector of your company. What code do you use, what graphics, who is your audience, to name a few. One rather simple mistake could cost money or time or worse. At the end of the day it is just not as simple as saying I'm good at it. Prove it. And let them know that you are eager and wanting to improve. That's my biased opinion.
