One thing I have found helpful, is that when you experience failure it's an opportunity to do better than the previous. Don't see it as the end for it's just a test on your ability to achieve something. Strategize and make it to success

Cultivating resilience is the biggest challenge for people moving ahead in their careers. I have faced it and had to undergo psychological counselling to understand the most basic things. 1. Don't compare yourself: Don't compare in terms of salary, position, or ability. If you wish to have comparisons compare it with yourself only. See how you have improved. 2. Embrace others: Embracing others for their success, and hard work and don't see them as a challenge or competitor. 3. If you are feeling low and demotivated just take a break, and do the activities you love and you may also look to change your way to do the same work. One day you will break the barrier and overcome your setbacks....
