One can run any website and see the details chart, how the website loads, scripts executed, css loaded, and the html content is parsed. We need to study it in details and will get to know, the resources which is heavy and needs to be optimize, resources which is delaying the load of the website are easily seen in the detailed charts. Secondly, lighthouse(an open source tool for measuring performance), it can easily integrated in the browser. One can check web vitals, load-time, and overall website parsing/painting. Additionally, using these different powerful dev-tools, the website performance can easily be monitored.
