In Agile, controlling changes means assessing how they affect what you're building, when it's done, and how much it costs. Keep track of changes, check their risks, and tell everyone involved what it means. This keeps things clear, on track, and more likely to succeed.

Implemente um processo rigoroso de controle de mudanças para avaliar e aprovar solicitações. Por exemplo, use um Change Control Board (CCB) para revisar e decidir sobre as solicitações de mudança antes de incluí-las no backlog.

In my Agile journey change is always there in your sprints or release plans or something else. Responding to that change is also an essential aspect of agility BUT we (either PO or Scrum Master or Developers or Scrum Team) should be thoughtful before accepting those creep into on going sprint or release etc by asking very simple yet powerful question: 1: Is it business critical to include? 2: Does it bring business value to org or customers? 3: Can it wait till next sprint or release? Based in the above team should take the action.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders helps - - Regular Prioritisation of tasks - Understanding of the needs of the business / customer - Gather feedback early This could be done by - - Inviting stakeholders to all required events (and as applicable) - Grooming, Reviews, Daily standup, Retrospectives. - Continuously gather feedback using surveys, NPS, etc.

Although, this point is covered in previous notes, I wanted to stress out particularly that in Agile, it is important to involve the whole team in change discussions for ownership and alignment. Monitor changes continuously, adjusting plans to maintain project goals. Establish a feedback loop to learn from implemented changes and refine the process iteratively. Clear communication and shared understanding ensure effective change management, supporting project success and management .
