Beispielsweise habe ich jüngst einige Austausche zum Thema VR/AR mit Experten gehabt, die mir eine völlig neue Sichtweise auf das Thema geboten haben. Gerade im Bereich des öffentlichen Sektors ist es von entscheidender Relevanz, über die Landesgrenzen und Ressortgrenzen hinweg zu denken. Gemeinsam mit anderen ein Projekt voranzubringen hat einen enormen Mehrwert, da die eigene begrenze Sicher geweitet wird. Gerade bei Querschnittsthemen wie VR/AR, Künstliche Intelligenz, Digitale Zwillinge und vielen mehr haben mir weitere Blickwinkel stets aus neue geholfen. Wichtig ist aber auch, mit einer klaren Erwartungshaltung in solch einen Austausch zu gehen, also sich auch konkrete Gedanken dazu gemacht zu haben, wo aus eigener Sicht die Reise hingehen könnte. Dann bringen weitere Blickwinkel echte Mehrwerte.
