Manager need to adhere empathy in reality not just words.

In my experience managers are inspired by their senior mgrs. that set forth the companies goals and or mission. These goals are expressed further down to managers teams. Some have difficulty in this area, I believe the manager doesn’t take time to know the team, and their strengths and weaknesses. Yes it’s time consuming but I believe a must. There might be one or two who just won’t be team players no matter how much the manger try’s to win them, they eventually will weed them selves out unfortunately. All employees want to do a good job but some will excel and we must recognize these individuals. In hopes the others will get inspired. Being a good effective manager is tuff it takes a lot of time working with your team to be great.
