This was something very silly which worked across all cultures and ultimately led to everyone taking a turn. Example- Application is dependent on the timezone and there are multiple modules present in the application that is as per the geo location. If any team member present at location 1 wants to communicate with other team members present at location 2, he can share a recorded video explaining the issue. But still I feel there are a few issues that need live interaction and team members have to be available a few times during odd timings.
