It's really important to fill your your mind with positivity and optimistim, that's one of keys of efficiency. Secondly. have a "dump book". Write down absolutlely everything that is required of you. After you write everything down, organanize it in an Eisenhower Matrix. This will give a guide on when to get things done based on importance and urgency. Finally, be realistic when organizing task and when to get it down. If you absolutely cannot accomplish something in one day, save it for the next. However, be commited to your To-Do list and try to have a streak on completing it. It can even be a challenge that you have with yourself.

Give ranking by the urgency and important 3. Before execution, ask yourself " Will this task add any value to my career path ?" 4. If yes, execute.

I would like to share my own experience. In my recent experience as an HR project consultant, i had to increase my deliverables in the replacement of one task after 1 week of onboarding. I was unable to weigh these new tasks immediately and prioritize immediately. Then i followed only one thing that how these tasks add value to my career path. Accordingly i communicated to management and completed them before one month of deadline.
