We've wrapped up an incredible week at #IFTFIRST 2024. Thank you to everyone who visited our booth as we showcased innovative solutions from our portfolio, focusing on perception, innovation, and renovation. Special thanks to Onigiri Kororin for joining us for an exciting onigiri-making demonstration. Our team members showcased their expertise, with Principal Scientist Elizabeth Morrow, PhD presenting scientific research on kokumi, Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President Ryan Smith discussing AI utilization, and Vice President Tia Rains, PhD addressing MSG and food misperceptions in the industry. We also hosted our annual premiere event at Cindy’s Rooftop, fostering valuable industry discussions on ultra-processed food myths. Our participation in the New Graduate and Internship Fair was a great success, connecting with tomorrow's food industry leaders.
