ALGI is looking for a Sales Representative to promote sales and development! #Responsibilities  - Update and maintain network, display and control the local commercial area.  - Investigate markets aimed at developing the company's sales growth.  - Implement plans and strategies for quickly developing sales territory.  - Visit customers to establish initial contact.  - Manage the after-sales service, including but not limited to:  - Coordinate audit dates and audit fees with customers and facilities;  - Prepare proposals to customers;  - Able to create strong sales that generate steady income to the company.  - Meet customer procedures related to the contracted services.  - Promote the services offered by the company, observing the technical specifications and business strategies.  - Telephone calls or email communication.  - Prepare budgets and proposals for addressing services required by email and/or telephone.  - Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.  - Articulate the value proposition of the service to convert prospects.  - Close new business and foster existing customer relationships.  - Attend trade shows and conferences to meet with prospective client’s needs.    #Qualifications:  - Education: University, technical or master’s degree in field relevant to the position or equivalent work/technical sales experience;  - 3+ years Sales force experience, Sales force certification preferred;  - Sales Skills: Ability to Overcome Major Sales Obstacles: Examples of achieving results;  - Computer skills: Proficient in common office and personal computing;  - Language skills: proficiency in English and Spanish. - Skills: Ability to analyze, demonstrated success in sales in auditing industry, dedicated, ethical and determined person that is willing to assist the customer to find success, highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills and ability to articulate and communicate compelling business logic.

We're #hiring! ALGI is looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team! This role supports in the maintenance and enforcement of ALGI’s Quality Management System, ensuring the improvement cycle is effectively and traceably applied throughout the system with sufficient policies, procedures, and control mechanisms. Responsibilities  - Monitor and follow-up on complaints/concerns, improvement logs and other applicable action points.  - Prepare different reports on status, trends, outcomes, or other analysis on complaints/concerns, KPIs, corrective action implementations, etc.  - Present, assist, and support the execution of the different external oversight activities.  - Coordinate, schedule, and execute internal audits to the different local offices according to the internal audit procedure and requirements.  - Elaborate the internal compliance oversight results report to be incorporated into the main Compliance Report.  - Record and update internal audit logs in the ALGI Platform.  - Participate and follow up in the RCA and CAP drafting to respond to both internal and external oversight results.  - Coordinate the regional participation in the different Compliance trainings and sessions.  - Ensure enough implementation evidence is visible and accessible in order to validate the  implementation’s effectiveness.  - Facilitate the risk assessment understanding and execution.  - Closely track and amend document control information as per ALGI IntComp procedures. Monitor and report on document control and record-keeping status and performance.  - Promote the enforcement of the complaint/concern channel.  - Analyze the regional approach around the complaint/concerns channel and procedures.  - Provide support in the KPIs definition and follow-up.  - Draft, proofread and make recommendations on procedures’ flows, policies feasibility,  and instruments usage.    Interacting with Executive Committee  - Communicate the IC’s guidelines, opportunities, and requirements.  - Provide input in the elaboration of the IC’s material.  - Input in the SWOT matrix process.  - Support the planning, coordination, execution, and communication of the Management Review.  - Assist in the calling for the Ethical Committee participants.    Interacting with Operations  - Work together with Account Managers and OPS team on analysis of complaints/concerns and corrective action plans. 

We're #hiring! ALGI is looking for an Environmental Technical Expert to join our team. ✔ Responsibilities - Ensure that the auditing adheres to the defined quality criteria meeting ALGI and client/scheme/CoC requirements. - Communicate and coordinate the correction actions resulting from the HQ process until attaining the expected level of quality. - Validate all the required ALGI forms/scheme/CoC (i.e. SAQ) are filled in completely and uploaded in the ALGI Suite according to the stablished deadlines. - Ensure the scheduling process is conducted following the established ALGI guidelines defined in the procedures including a thorough revision for avoiding any potential disruption (i.e. conflict of interest, corruption, etc.) according to the schemes/CoC. ✔ Supports on: - Aligning and communicating appropriately the Instrument Battery (Auditing tools, Working Instructions and Guidelines) updates. - Administering and maintaining updated the different levels of access to the external platforms. Communicate these updates to IT Keystore to maintain registrations. - Performing other duties as assigned. ✔ Contribute to the overarching operations objectives and outcomes: - Oversight of global operations analyzing overall trends and data insights. - Monitor, evaluate, forecast the account metrics (scheme/CoC) to generate a report that serves for ALGI strategy and decision-making process. - Follow and adhere to the stablished guidelines according to the necessary actions of the schemes/CoC - Ensure data protection, privacy, confidentiality and proper use of information in accordance with ALGI policies and the scheme/CoC. - Perform other duties as assigned. ✔ Qualifications: - Education: University, technical or master’s degree in a field relevant to the position. - Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in related positions, preferably in the Corporate Social Responsibility sector and/or Environmental. - Language requirements: Fluent reading, writing and speaking in the local language and in English. - Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
