📣 Strong revenues, increased profitability and improved customer satisfaction - the first half of 2024 has been quite a success thanks to the hard work and dedication of the Allente team. 👑 Our acting CEO Mahmoud Mustapha on the Q2 results below.👇
As the new acting CEO of Allente Nordic, I am thrilled to share the results of our Q2 performance. We have declared 2024 as our Comeback Year, and the numbers are definitely proving us right. This quarter and the first half of the year have shown strong development, with both revenues and profitability increasing year-over-year. Revenues grew 2% supported by strong ARPU growth while EBITDA before IAC increased 24% driven by increased efficiency across the operations. Despite the ongoing structural decline of the satellite TV business, our customer loyalty remains stable, and we close the quarter with 922K customers. This highlights the effectiveness of our retention strategies and the unwavering trust our customers place in us. Our Allente Stream product is also showing a positive development, with an improved product experience leading to increased customer satisfaction. We maintain a laser-sharp focus on our streaming service, as the combination of linear and on-demand content in flexible packaging has proven to be highly valued by our customers. We look forward to introducing new content to the platform in the next quarter, so stay tuned! A comeback is only possible if everyone pulls in the same direction, which is why I want to extend my gratitude to our exceptional employees. Your hard work, creativity, and commitment are the driving forces behind these results. A special thank you goes out to our partners as well - we look forward to continuing our successful collaborations. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, I am filled with optimism and excitement. We plan to build on the momentum by introducing more content, expanding our reach, and continuously enhancing the viewer experience. Here’s to a great Q2 and a promising H2!
