This is a rigorous assignment, scheduled for 12 months with the opportunity of a contract extension. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications running on the Client Nonstop platform. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical applications that run on Client Nonstop systems. Key Responsibilities: Designing and developing software applications for Client Nonstop systems based on business requirements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and define technical solutions. Writing efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code in programming languages such as TAL (Tandem Advanced Language), TACL (Tandem Command Language), and C++. Implementing and maintaining integrations with external systems and databases. Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Client Nonstop applications. Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. Documenting software designs, technical specifications, and procedures. Providing technical support and assistance to end-users and other stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work hybrid onsite in a primary hub location. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience delivering wire modernizations for financial institutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as TAL, TACL, and C++. Strong understanding of Client Nonstop architecture, including Client and OSS environments. Experience with transaction processing and fault-tolerant systems.
