What’s motivated you to stay for 20+ years with the organization? - I have been fortunate to have many opportunities for growth in my experience, knowledge, and responsibility over the last 22 years. I was lucky to have exposure to leadership who invested their time in helping me grow at the American Heart Association. What’s one of your favorite memories as an employee here? - It’s a more recent memory, but it ties back to a collection of memories over the last 20+ years: The Anaheim meeting in August 2023 – It connected me back with so many of the people I worked with over the years. It filled me with so much joy and brought back so many good memories and experiences after connecting with them in person again. I’m not positive of the statistics, but I do know many people have been here for over 10 years. It is such a rewarding experience to be able to work with familiar faces over decades as you grow your career throughout the organization.
