How does Anyware Robotics Pixmo choose the most efficient strategy for picking and manipulating boxes? With our cutting-edge software!   Pixmo is powered by proprietary embodied AI 🌟  that integrates the latest perception algorithms with learning-based motion planning to intelligently interact with its surroundings.   The complex algorithms driving robotics require vast amounts of data for deep learning. Collecting such data through traditional trial and error methods can significantly slow down development.   By learning in *simulated* environments, Pixmo quickly grasps real-world settings and object relationships, enabling smarter, more effective box-picking strategies.   Our advanced AI ensures Pixmo can be quickly deployed on-site and learn and adjust on the fly. This leads to optimized precision, productivity, and safety in each specific setting.    Learn more about Pixmo on our website (linked in comments below).      #automation #warehouseautomation #robotics #motionplanning #ai #embodiedai #unloading

How does Pixmo, our mobile robot for box-handling, supercharge its unloading capabilities? Through our innovative unloading add-on conveyor!   The conveyor add-on for Pixmo enables:   📈 Enhanced throughput: By integrating the conveyor directly, Pixmo's cobot arm can now "pull" boxes directly to the conveyor, eliminating the need for the traditional "rotate and place" method. This streamlined process reduces motion distance by 85%! The conveyor literally doubles throughput capability to an impressive 1,000 boxes per hour.    📦 Increased handling capacity: With the support of the conveyor, the weight capacity of Pixmo increases to an industry-leading 65 pounds. Box quality requirements are loosened, meaning Pixmo can more easily handle boxes with lower quality cardboard and tape.    Discover how our latest advancement can boost efficiency and unload hassle from your logistics operations on our website (linked below).   #automation #robotics #warehouseautomation #unloading

At Anyware Robotics, we’ve been busy designing and building Pixmo, our box-handling mobile robot for operations throughout the warehouse. Here is a glimpse at the impressive hardware we are using. Pixmo has a mobile base that has the footprint of a warehouse pallet and can move in any direction to create the optimal handling pose for its robot arm. This enables Pixmo to navigate through complex warehouse environments with ease. The cobot arm on Pixmo has six degrees of freedom, a vacuum-powered end effector designed for box handling, and AI-powered perception and motion planning systems. The safety-compliant robot arm is sourced from FANUC, a global leader in robotics. Pixmo is the first and only robot in the category that uses a force sensing cobot arm for unloading boxes. This important capability means the robot can safely work in environments where humans may suddenly move into its path. Stay tuned for upcoming posts where we'll dive deeper into Pixmo's advanced perception and AI capabilities. Unload hassle from your logistics operations with Pixmo!
