Last week, we had the privilege of hosting a panel discussion on our Lancaster campus, exploring the important topics of inclusive culture and allyship.  Our guest panelists brought a wealth of diverse backgrounds and viewpoints to the table, sharing their personal experiences and insights on allyship and the power of advocating for various marginalized groups. They emphasized promoting inclusion at all levels, particularly within our communities at the community level where our interactions are more personal, more impactful and more meaningful.
