  • Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant in the amount of $3,000 to Faith Regional Health Services Foundation in Norfolk, NE. The grant request was submitted by Bob Miklos, AWG Nebraska Division Support Center employee. Faith Regional Health Services' mission is to serve Christ by providing all people with exemplary medical services in an environment of love and care. Faith Regional Foundation is currently raising funds for a new echo vascular ultrasound machine, which is utilized for countless patients in many different service lines provided at Faith Regional. Through donations like this, Faith Regional can make a lasting impact on the lives of those who need it most and helps Faith Regional provide exemplary healthcare services to northeast Nebraska. AWG works collaboratively with the FDA to enhance food safety protecting public health.

  • Recently, AWG Cares provided a grant in the amount of $3,000 to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Oklahoma City, OK. The grant request was submitted by Jim Hledik, AWG Oklahoma City Division Support Center employee. The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to find a cure for cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead a long and fulfilling life by funding research and drug development, partnering with the cystic fibrosis community, and advancing high quality, specialized care. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in Oklahoma has raised a great deal of money for research to extend the life expectancy of those living with this disease. New drugs and treatments are doing just that and AWG Cares is helping contribute to this life-saving research with this grant.
