One of the best multi-strategy hedge funds on the street right now -- 3.2B AUM that has been performing phenomenally well, is looking to hire a Product Controller. This is a fund in major growth mode that will soon be a 10b fund. We’ve placed a large majority of the finance team here. It's an opportunity to help scale the business, and report directly into the Head of Finance/ Product Control, who leads a team of 3. This is a newer group - Fixed Income Product Control - not just vanilla products, much more complex! In the office 3 days/week. Up to $140k base. This is a great, growing centralized group, working daily with traders & front office and supporting 42 different PM pods with different strategies; an all-encompassing group that acts as a liaison between the back, middle, and front office. They also work very closely with technology, finance and fund accounting teams- very high exposure. Role consists of a lot of financial analysis, business planning and analytical type of work, part of strategic decision-making for firm.  Adding more PMs and more strategies constantly, so tons of room for growth, promote based on meritocracy. They need someone who can recognize the issues and solve them.
