We had an outstanding safety meeting this morning. We were honored to have the Odessa Fire Department team from truck #7 join us for a strong message on fire safety, inspections, heat awareness, and safe driving. Thank you, Odessa Fire Rescue and Fire Chief Jason Cotton, for sharing your team's time this morning. It was an excellent presentation, and we had great conversations about fire prevention and awareness, road safety, and the 5 Ps (Proper Planning Prevents Poor Performance). Also, thank you all for your service to our great community!

Another Axis cement pump truck ready for deployement after a full refurb. This one will be decommissioning wells for a customer in the Permian. Axis now has over 20 cement pump trucks. We don’t just do plug & abandonment, we also do remedial cementing. Our bulk plants allow us to customize the cement blend to the application. It’s been fun to work with the team to grow our cementing business. We aren’t done yet, several more cementers coming out of refurb this quarter.

Axis's EPIC E-Rig has been in the field for 6 months and the results are impressive. It is currently running off the power grid eliminating the need for diesel. The AC draw works is safer and more efficient than conventional mechanical draw works. We aren't done yet, more EPIC Rigs to come

Led by Monsies Gutierrez (Pusher) Jose Cardenas (Operator) & Julio Ramirez (Reverse Unit Operator) they take pride in their daily work and actively care about everyone's safety on location. This is highlighted through the quality of their JSAs, inspections, and BBS cards that are turned in daily. We would also like to recognize Jack Shelton (Oxy WOC), who has been with this crew since the beginning and continues challenging them to focus on safety and operational excellence. Congrats!

We want to take a moment to celebrate the crew and the Conoco WIS's on rig 2104. They just passed one year of Incident-Free Operations. Led by Nano (Pusher) and a combo Conoco WIS team with Ray and Oscar, they continue to set the standard for what good looks like in well-servicing today. This team is a P&A crew working primarily in Delaware South, performing full-package P&A operations. Good work! Let's keep the positive pressure on, and keep practicing safety in the moment.
