At the Home Training Center of San Diego, we do more than train — we empower! Our nurses and technicians undergo comprehensive cross-training in home hemodialysis (HHD), peritoneal dialysis (PD), and in-center. This enhances skills, broadens the mindset, and opens up career opportunities. A side effect we have seen is a rise in HOPE in healthcare, helping patients and nurses/PCTs alike see the possibilities for better care in dialysis and professional growth. We celebrate the success stories of our team members who have advanced into larger roles. We have even seen nurses coming back to kidney care. Our customized training for patient and staff ensures that everyone is equipped to face new challenges with confidence and compassion.
