How do you stay connected to your employees or your workplace? As leaders, it's essential to stay connected with our employees, especially those who work from home or client sites. When employees feel like a critical part of the whole company’s mission, we see better results. When I founded BES Solutions, Inc., I knew this would need to be a top-of-mind issue for us to resolve and to keep adapting solutions for as our team grew and our contracts expanded or changed. While we are ever-evolving and actively working to stay connected, we’ve found that a brief weekly situation report (SITREP) helps us learn more about our employees, solve employee problems, and advocate for them with the client, if needed. It also helps with customer-facing conversations and preventative problem solving. Employers, what has worked best for you?
