About us
Boost Healthcare is a firm focused on helping healthcare providers identify and recover revenue. Our team works to improve overall revenue by recovering denied and underpaid claims from commercial and government payers. Our retrospective claims review is contingency based (no upfront costs) and utilizes our proprietary system, specialized staff, and healthcare expertise to recover revenue. Our approach leverages both technology and people. We provide clients with claims data showing payer performance and root cause analysis of denial and underpayment issues. This invaluable knowledge is used as leverage when negotiating with payers and assessing overall business performance. As a member of the Boost Healthcare Consulting team, you will become an expert in the complex reimbursement methodology between hospital systems and insurance companies. Associates are assigned to projects based on past experience as well as professional interests, and work closely with Senior Associates on the revenue recovery process from start to finish. Associates learn the foundations of Boost’s coordinated and targeted approach to recovering revenue and improving overall revenue cycle performance. You will also have the opportunity to attend quarterly client meetings and present high-impact findings to hospital CFOs and leadership teams. Boost offers a team-oriented work environment where each person is encouraged to think outside the box to ensure success. Our workplace encourages professionalism with attention to comfortable accommodations. Potential Boost employees embody an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrate strong leadership qualities when working with peers and clients. This is a great opportunity for anyone with a general interest in healthcare and will provide you with an opportunity to strengthen your analytic and general consulting skills.
