Last April, Ryan Lusk joined us at Branch as its CEO. We are thankful for Ryan as he continues to steward Branch's core purpose to create a beautiful built world. Under his leadership Branch's core competencies and tech stack continue to expand, and Branch is now in a significant growth phase after several years of product and technology development. Before joining Branch, Ryan spent 11 years at Jackson Furniture as its Chief Financial & Operating Officer, scaling it from $100M to nearly $500M. Prior to that, Lusk worked in New York City with Zolfo Cooper and co-founded Value Bridge Partners, providing private equity consulting services to established and growth-stage companies.

Around this time last year, we unveiled to the public our project with the U.S. Space & Rocket Center. Replicating something as complex as the surface of the moon isn't an easy task. Doing it at the scale of a building is even more complex. Thankfully, there's BranchClad™, our 3D printed composite facade product, to produce even the most complex designs with ease.

At Branch, our first core value is humble genius. We hire people who do brilliant work without thinking of themselves as genius. They are confident enough in their ability to consider an idea separate from the source, acknowledge its merits, and even adopt it over their own ideas if it’s best for Branch. Every year employees vote on who should receive that year's Humble Genius Award, i.e. which employee best embodies this core value in their work throughout the year.
