Last week, we attended the groundbreaking of a recent affordable housing project in Los Angeles, CA. The project entitlements include density bonus incentives, allowing for a larger structure than usual zoning rules permit. Designed with brick veneer exteriors, the complex will offer shared amenities like a fitness center, club rooms and 8,500 square feet of open courtyard space.
