Inspiring Genuine, Selfless Relationships
About us
Locally owned and operated by long-time entrepreneur and former NFL great, Ron Jaworski, BCA brings Ron’s long-time business philosophies, values to life. Throughout his years as a quarterback, businessman, philanthropist, husband and father, Ron has always lived by the philosophy that you have to get “belly -to-belly with people”. He firmly believes that interpersonal relationships are the basis for building a strong business, and throughout all the technological and social advances our society has made, a handshake and human connection remain the basic and essential business resource. This became the foundation for BCA and in June of 2005, along with his daughter Joleen, Ron BCA announced the creation of BCA Philadelphia. (BCA) is an elite members-only business community serving decision makers and corporate leaders. Relationship Marketing is at the core of this exclusive club, which is strategically designed to help top executives develop the relationships that are integral in growing and maintaining a business. BCA is a community of business leaders who truly want to help each other succeed. The club’s comfortable environment starts with exclusive category rights, and continues with the unselfish culture created for our members, by our members. Simply put, BCA is a business family.

A huge thank you to David Neff Rob Czyzewicz and Adam Cohan for their invaluable insights. Your participation on our panel for for a very successful Q&A Session on The Essentials of Marketing. One comment from Adam Cohan captured the essence of most of the answers of the day, when thinking of Marketing, Do it "Quickly, Digestively, and Frequently." Other key takeaways: * Understand your overarching goals. * Define your core values, brand and messaging before you do anything else* Then ask yourself what are you trying to sell? Who are you trying to talk to (who is your audience)? * Then Chose your channels and outlet platforms to fit * If you build it, they don't just come! You must continually find ways to drive people to what you've built * Keep yourself disciplined with a budget, a good rule of thumb for a marketing spend is 3-15% of top line sales * Marketing is on-going and can take up to 6-12 months effort to even start to see results * A missed opportunity often lies in overlooking your existing customer base. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this session. Love that we continue to learn, grow, and thrive together with our our BCA community. #BCAproud #BusinessContentSeries #MarketingEssentials #RelationshipBuilding #CommunityLeadership #BusinessGrowth
