The principal of BKS has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. Each recruiter has a minimum of 5 years experience networking and placing candidates throughout a variety of industries. Together we utilize a highly skilled, diverse and disciplined process of identifying quality candidates, partnering with employers, and delivering exceptional service. Throughout the years, our company's foundation has been built upon repeat and referral business - we give clients what they want. Covid changed the IT world. The move from On-Prem to Cloud was in motion, but when companies were FORCED to move online, the benefits of migration to the Cloud were touted heavily. In a Forbes article, Evgeniy Altynpara claims that migrating to the Cloud offers a wealth of benefits such as eliminating the “need to purchase expensive server equipment, take care of its maintenance and pay substantial electricity bills.” Peter Bendor-Samuel wrote in another Forbes article "Although the public cloud platforms provide substantial benefits that companies did not have before, these additional services cost more.”- “…the costs are starting to become material” and companies are bringing their costs back under control by migrating much of their work back to On-Prem and Private Cloud solutions.
