Congratulations to our #PrivateWealth team for once again earning recognition in the latest Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide! We're deeply grateful for client feedback, which this year notes “Cadwalader has a strong team in private wealth. I have been impressed by how well integrated they are, leveraging the firm's expertise in other areas,” and "It's a first-class operation that is very well established. They have great leadership and an excellent group of trust and estate lawyers." Kudos to Dean Berry, Robert Lawrence, Sasha Grinberg Avellino and William Schaaf! Read it here: https://bit.ly/4f80KxS

As our Summer Associates wrap up their time with us this week, Cadwalader’s Affinity Networks have been making the most of the season! In New York, Fund Finance Counsel Bryan Barreras led a Hamilton-themed walking tour through Lower Manhattan. Our Asian Pacific American Attorney Resource Group hosted a yoga class at Equinox in New York and a bubble tea making class streamed to each of our U.S. offices. Our Washington, D.C. Women’s Leadership Initiative displayed their creativity in a Paint-n-Sip experience, while our Charlotte WLI shared a special evening in a beautiful wine garden. Our LGBTQ Network celebrated Pride in all offices with colorful and inclusive programming—a Civil Rights Series presentation on allyship by Philip Calabro from PFLAG NYC was streamed for the firm and followed by our annual Fabulous Party in New York; a lively Pride Month trivia competition was held in Charlotte; and a networking reception held in D.C. Most recently, our Black & Latino Association hosted firm alum Jordan Thompson, Legal Counsel at TikTok, in an engaging discussion moderated by Capital Markets Special Counsel Andrea Nixon Wilson about Jordan’s career progression and advice for our Summer Associates (but really all of us could learn from his example). These events provided everyone with an opportunity to connect, and we want to thank all who participated, especially our Summer Associates!

Our colleague and Chief Attorney Development and Inclusion Officer, Aisha L. Greene, JD, SHRM-SCP, was a featured panelist at the Professional Development Consortium (PDC) 2024 Conference on July 12. Aisha – pictured here (second from left) with fellow panelists (L-R) Laurie Lyte, Eva Wisnik and Joshua Troy, discussed how reframing and redesigning one’s position can enhance their career, and how to embrace and lean into these changes in service of both the individual and organizational growth. Aisha has served on the PDC’s Board of Directors since 2020. #PDCLEGAL24
