The E. K. Key Elementary School Innovative Twisters Robotics Team recently won the Excellence Award at the Louisiana State Competition which granted them an automatic invitation to compete in the 2024 VEX Robotics World Championship. Cameron LNG continues to support higher education through our competitive scholarship program for senior students who attend a Cameron Parish high school. This year, we awarded scholarships to twelve recipients who will continue their education in a two-year or four-year program at a trade, technical, or community college or four-year college or university. We recognized the Cameron Parish Class of 2024 Cameron LNG Scholarship recipients and their outstanding academic achievements during our annual scholarship reception. Cameron LNG is committed to environmental stewardship and sustainability. In observance of Earth Day, we hosted a community cleanup event in which Cameron LNG employees partnered with Sempra Infrastructure employees for our second annual Trash Bash. Company representatives and community volunteers collectively removed 147 bags of debris and litter from the three-mile stretch along Main Street in Hackberry. Thank you to Police Juror, Michael Fewell, the Cameron Parish Sheriff's Office, Brown's Food Center, and Richland Vidrine with Work Designs LLC for their time and effort to make this event a success. #ProudtobeCameronLNG #EarthDay

At Cameron LNG, we are committed to developing future leaders. We're excited to support the Hackberry High School FFA Chapter as it rebuilds its program and provides enriching opportunities for growth. Recently, we donated $3,000 to help facilitate a retreat where the Chapter Officer Team will plan engaging projects, leadership activities, and prepare for upcoming conventions this summer and the 2024-2025 school year.
