In partnership with First 5 Sacramento, we provide one hour of education and a Pack-N-Play crib at no cost to each family in need within our county. Since 2012-2014, when the Safe Sleep Baby program launched, African American infant sleep-related deaths in Sacramento County decreased by 37% and the disparity gap between African Americans and all other races decreased by 43%. https://lnkd.in/d6WGtqQY

Of the foster youth served last year, 92% demonstrated improved financial knowledge, 90% of seniors graduated high school on time, and 84% improved academic engagement or social/emotional skills.
