Our 2024 Directors Leadership Conference united 400 members of #TeamCDS from 11 states for an empowering experience. Our dynamic conference celebrated our exceptional school leaders while offering opportunities to connect with partners and vendors and featured a series of captivating missions led by our School Support teams. Each mission was designed to empower our school leaders and provide resources to support every aspect of their daily responsibilities. The missions were highly collaborative, encouraging participants to engage actively through role-playing scenarios, sharing insights, and exchanging best practices with one another!
