As we enter our new fiscal year, the Children’s Cancer Center would like to recognize our recent Gelatin Plunge Corporate Challenge Winner, DEX Imaging, as our Partner of the Month. DEX Imaging has been a staple in the Tampa community and consistently champions our mission through their belief that a strong community will enable strong corporations. DEX Imaging has made several splashes for the CCC but this one has been the most memorable! Below are a few words from DEX Imaging about what it means to partner with us: “Partnering with the Children's Cancer Center is profoundly meaningful to us, as it allows us to support and uplift children and families facing incredibly challenging times. At the foundation of our company is a deep commitment to giving back to our local communities, we do this by donating a third of our profits back to local charities in all the locations we serve. Through this partnership, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most, embodying our core values of compassion and service. As a highly competitive company, we are especially happy to be the 2024 Corporate Challenge winners for the Children's Cancer Center Gelatin Plunge! Overall, DEX is proud to contribute to such a wonderful cause.” Thank you to our Cypress street neighbors, DEX Imaging, for giving where you live and partnering with us to make a difference.

Children's Cancer Center reposted this
The Muma Children's Hospital at TGH was a proud sponsor of the Gelatin Plunge, showing up in full force with our nurses, leadership, physicians, and social workers taking the plunge into 2,000 gallons of orange gelatin! This incredible event, hosted by the Children's Cancer Center, brings together our community to make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer. Since its inception in 2013, the Gelatin Plunge has raised over $800,000 and supported more than 5,000 children and their families. It was a true honor to be part of such a vibrant and impactful event! 🧡 #WeAreTGH

As we jump into June, we would like to recognize WeTheHobby & Suncoast Sports as our Partners of the Month! WeTheHobby is a global sports card entertainment company that offers high-quality sports cards products for collectors and fans. They teamed up with Suncoast Sports and dedicated a couple of their daily streams to children and families battling pediatric cancer. All the way from Rochester, New York, the Children’s Cancer Center received donations through their fundraiser on Fanatics Live that was highlighted by two of their team members shaving their head in support of pediatric cancer. Through their creative compassion and national network of over thirty thousand combined followers, more than $75,000 was raised that will go towards the 30 programs and family services at the Children’s Cancer Center. We are honored to partner with such a viable brand and express our immense gratitude to Suncoast Ashley, Suncoast Mike and the entire team at WeTheHobby. Be sure to check out their daily live streams via wethehobby.com!

This month, we extend a special thank you to Rob Blount and his team at RDB Design Associates . Rob, the President of RDB Design, is the architect who has donated his time and talent towards major renovations of the entire exterior of our building. He recently helped oversee our interior renovations, donated our beautiful new front desk and a dog house for our Director of Smiles, Cyrus Blue. Rob’s creations exude an atmosphere full of comfort and connection, providing endless laughter, smiles and new life-long friendships made for so many children and their family members. RDB Design's team has been a pleasure to work with, consistently going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the projects exceed our expectations. Their professionalism and collaborative approach with like-minded project companions have made them true partners in every sense of the word. Thank you to Rob and his team for making our building a better place.
