CMT conducted civil design, surveying, and geotechnical evaluation for the Hillcrest Park project in Orem, UT. This project transformed the 9.39-acre Hillcrest Elementary site into a city park featuring pickleball courts, a playground, a remodeled portion of the elementary school with an indoor sports court, classrooms, and a lounge. Additional amenities included 2 miles of walking paths, a rubber-tired mini train for rides around the park, a splash pad, a hammock area, and open fields.
