Mental fitness through Contemplation on key principles and finding solutions in your private decision making journal.

About us

Your quality of life is determined by how you feel. How you feel is determined by the choices you make. If you wish to feel fulfilled, purposeful and peaceful, you need to make the right choices. To make the right choices, there are two prerequisites: 1. You must be deeply connected with yourself 2. You must have a personal, customized system that helps you make the right choices. What's the problem? The problem is that the world is noisy and distracting, so you might live your life looking outward most of the time rather than looking inward. This is not your fault. It is mostly because the world today is scientifically designed and well funded to keep your attention outside, so it can be turned into money. Because your attention is mostly outside, you are unable to create a deep connection with yourself (1st prerequisite above). Because you lack a connection with yourself, you cannot create a personal, customized system that helps you make the right choices (2nd prerequisite above). If you don't know yourself deeply, how will you create this? Due to this, you lack internal clarity. So you make choices that seem exciting in the short run but are not right for you in the long run. You choose a wrong partner. You say or do things you shouldn't do in a relationship. You choose the wrong work, or the wrong work environment. Wrong choices lead to stress, anxiety and more restlessness. The solution is a regular habit of Contemplation - deep thinking. Contemplation helps you create a deep connection with yourself (1st prereq). Contemplation on the principles we have created helps you create your personal system of making the right choices (2nd prereq). Contemplate follows the ADIOS framework - A Dialogue In Objective Silence. It is a dialogue that you have with yourself, objectively, in silence. It is a conversation between two people - You and Yourself. A regular conversation with yourself keeps you calm. Start the conversation. We can help.

Picture a pro athlete with a fully trained body on the field but with the mind of a child. That’s most pro athletes today. You see the body. You don’t see the mind. But the mind controls the body. If you look closely you can see the mind. In the way they speak, conduct themselves. Whether they get angry and shout or stay composed. Whether they break rackets or break stress. Contemplation trains you to look inward and enables you to focus on what is right for you. It helps you find your unique path. It helps you unlock your you. Train the mind. A pro body needs a pro mind.

If you are a pro athlete or a coach, losing a game is one of the most important facets of your life. How can you train to deal with it rather than fighting it? The reason why even top level pro players have a hard time dealing with it is because formal mental fitness training is missing in sports today. Serious intent from coaches exists. The guidance exists. But they don't go through a formal mental fitness and technique training program like they go through their physical fitness and technique training for hours each day. Ask an athlete: 1. How many hrs did you train your body last week? 2. How many hrs did you train your mind last week? It is like feeling bad about not being able to return a serve in tennis when you never trained for it. Can't prepare a player by just motivating words but no practice. If they don't do their mental push ups/pull ups/lunges, they can't just handle the mind magically. No one can. For an athlete, the pressure is 100x more. We have a 52 week (~ 1000 hrs) mental fitness training regime for pro athletes. We are currently training coaches and upcoming pro players in the US. If you are a coach or academy, our system complements your existing training regime and fits into it. You can leave the mind of the athlete to us completely. If the mind gives up, all physical training can go to dust instantly. If you want to train your mind, that really drives your entire body, and get a competitive edge in your next tournament, we can help.

No need to build a habit of Contemplation. No need to do it ten mins a day. No need to do it for 21 days. No pressure. Use Adios when you feel stressed or lack of peace because of a situation in your life. At home or at work. Rather than doing it for 21 days in a row and then never going back to it, Contemplation is more powerful if you do it 20 times over 10 months - twice in a month for ten months. Do it when you think you need it.

ADIOS will soon be renamed to Contemplate so the name reflects what we do - enable mental fitness using a practice of Contemplation. The new website will follow soon. Contemplation is simply systematic self-reflection and deep thinking using the ADIOS framework that contains a set of key ADIOS principles, the decision making tool - the Adioscope, and the life planning tool - the Vision Planner. Our Contemplation framework is called ADIOS - A Dialogue In Objective Silence - because that is what it is. It is a dialogue that you have with yourself, objectively, in silence. Contemplate is your personal, customized, self-reflection system to improve your clarity of thought and peace of mind, so you can find answers to all your questions, personal or professional, on your own, without relying on anyone else, forever. It starts with an 8-week program, once a week, using pre-recorded audios and Contemplation exercises that help you think more clearly. The Adioscope helps you find answers to real life questions you might have today. You can try it for free here: https://qr.link/A9MIJT. Please reach out to our Head of Operations, Dr. Scott Jenkins, if you wish to collaborate or implement Contemplate for your community members (employees, fitness club members, a women's community, etc.)
